Arai Capital Solutions LLC – Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 23, 2025
1) Acceptance of Terms
This website and the services described here (the “Services”) are provided by Arai Capital Solutions LLC (“Arai Capital Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of:
Sites & Apps: Araicapitalsolutions.biz, Araicapitalsolutions.com, Araicapitalsolutions.net, myfigures.com, AraiMarketing.com, and related subdomains or pages;
Partner Portal: portal.araicapitalsolutions.biz, and portal.7figurespartners.com;
SaaS Products: Funding Machine SaaS and the My Figures platform; and
Any content, training, events, or features we make available.
By accessing or using any portion of the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any service-specific terms or order forms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Age Requirement: The Services are intended for users 18+ in the United States.
2) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Effective Date” above will reflect the latest version. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
3) Relationship; Not a Lender or Broker
We provide business funding consulting, software tools, education, and referral introductions. We are not a lender, do not make credit decisions, and do not act as a broker of record. Funding decisions are made solely by third-party providers. You are responsible for your use of any capital obtained and for your compliance with applicable laws (including but not limited to FCRA, GLBA, Reg Z, and state consumer protection laws) when using any data or tools.
4) Accounts; Security
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. We may require multi-factor authentication (e.g., SMS OTP) and periodic password resets. We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms. My Figures Account Creation. When you apply for funding via Araicapitalsolutions.biz, we create a free basic My Figures account for you to view credit, cash flow, and financial-health information. Use of My Figures is part of these Terms.
5) Software License (Funding Machine & My Figures)
Subject to these Terms and your timely payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the SaaS products solely for your internal business purposes. You will not: (i) copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works; (ii) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; (iii) circumvent technical limitations or security; (iv) resell, sublicense, or provide the Services to third parties except as expressly permitted in a written partner agreement.
6) Partner Program & Portal
Approved partners may receive a unique referral link and access the Partner Portal dashboard showing limited data about their referred clients. Partner access to client information is confidential. Partners may not copy, scrape, download, repurpose, disclose, or monetize such data outside the referral relationship. Partner participation is also governed by the Arai Capital Solutions LLC Partner Terms.
7) Fees, Billing, Refunds & Chargebacks
Fees are due as stated at purchase or in your order form. You authorize us and our processors (e.g., Stripe, NMI, Everee for partners) to charge your provided payment method. All sales are final once services are delivered or software access is granted; no refunds or chargebacks will be accepted.
8) Acceptable Use
You will not use the Services to violate any law, misrepresent identity, harvest data, or upload harmful code. You may not publish deceptive or unsubstantiated marketing claims (e.g., “guaranteed approval,” “instant approval,” or unqualified “best” claims).
9) Privacy & Communications
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By providing your contact information, you consent to receive transactional emails, calls, and SMS/MMS messages about your account and Services (message/data rates may apply).
10) Intellectual Property
All Sites, software, training materials, videos, text, images, logos, and other content are owned by Arai Capital Solutions LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display content without written consent.
11) Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” Arai Capital Solutions LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
12) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Arai Capital Solutions LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
13) Governing Law, Arbitration, and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement must be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Virginia.
14) Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for violations of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud, or risk to the Services or users.
15) Third-Party Services
The Services may depend on or link to third-party services (e.g., banks, bureaus, analytics, Everee, Stripe, NMI, Intercom, Zoho). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
16) Miscellaneous
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any signed order or partner agreement constitute the entire agreement. Notices may be sent via email to info@araicapitalsolutions.com.
