Forms hosted on forms.zoho.com, e-signature portals on sign.zoho.com, and other Zoho-powered tools.
Services and applications associated with our Funding Machine SaaS and My Figures platforms.
When you apply for funding through AraiCapitalSolutions.biz, we automatically create a free basic My Figures account under your name. Your basic account allows you to view credit, cash flow, and financial health information. Information shared between Arai Capital Solutions LLC, 7 Figures Funding, and My Figures is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Our Services are intended for U.S. users only. If you access them from outside the United States, you consent to your data being transferred and processed in the U.S.

3. Information We Collect

3.2 Non-Personal Information
We also collect non-identifiable information (browser type, referrer URLs, session duration) via cookies and analytics tools to improve our websites and ads.

5. Linked Platforms and Account Creation
When you apply for funding through AraiCapitalSolutions.biz, we automatically create a free basic My Figures account for you.
Your basic account provides dashboards and tools to monitor business and personal credit health.
Your information (name, contact details, and relevant financial data) is securely transferred to My Figures for account setup.
My Figures is operated by Arai Capital Solutions LLC under the same ownership and control, and your data remains subject to this Privacy Policy.
You can request deletion of your My Figures account anytime by emailing info@araicapitalsolutions.com.
5A. Partner Portal and Affiliate Dashboard
7 Figures Funding operates a secure Partner Portal at portal.araicapitalsolutions.biz and portal.7figurespartners.com, which enables approved affiliates and referral partners to track their referred clients and commissions.
When a partner signs up, they receive a personalized referral link and access to a dashboard displaying limited client data related to their referrals, including:
Client name, email, and phone number
Application and underwriting status based on Arai Capital Solutions internal assessment
Estimated leverage and utilization percentage
Appointment scheduling information
Amounts paid by the client and total funding obtained
This information is shared solely to enable accurate referral tracking, commission calculation, and transparency for partners. All partners are required to maintain the confidentiality of any client information accessed through the portal, and may not copy, download, or reuse this information for any other purpose.
Access to the Partner Portal is protected by individual logins, OTP authentication, and activity logging consistent with our security standards. Data displayed within the portal is covered by this Privacy Policy and subject to the same data-protection measures described herein.
Partner payments are processed through Everee, a third-party payroll and payments provider. When partners onboard, Everee may collect payment and tax information (e.g., name, address, and W-9 data) directly to facilitate commission payments. Everee’s use of this information is governed by its own privacy policy. All partners agree, under the Arai Capital Solutions LLC Partner Terms of Service, to maintain the confidentiality of any client or financial information viewed within the Partner Portal and to use such information solely for authorized referral tracking and commission purposes. Unauthorized disclosure or secondary use of client data is strictly prohibited.

We do not sell personal information. Certain tracking used for advertising and affiliate attribution may qualify as a “sale” or “share” under state law (see Section 14).
7. AI and Machine Learning
Arai Capital Solutions uses AI tools, including Anthropic’s Claude, to analyze underwriting data and identify patterns that improve internal decision rules. Data used in these models is limited and de-identified where feasible. Vendors are not permitted to reuse or train their general models on our data.
8. Communications and Recordings
Calls: We use Dialpad to record calls for compliance and training. Recordings are retained for up to three (3) years and may be deleted sooner upon request.
Chat: Our website chat is powered by Intercom, with transcripts stored for up to 24 months for service quality.
Email/SMS: Communications are sent via Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, Dialpad, and LeadBuilt. Messages may include transactional updates and limited marketing. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or use unsubscribe links in emails.
9. Security and Safeguards

Analytics logs – 12–24 months
Call recordings (Dialpad) – ≤ 3 years
Support tickets / emails – 24 months
Data is deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.
11. Third-Party Service Providers
We may share limited data with service providers who perform tasks on our behalf (hosting, analytics, payments, support). These vendors are contractually bound to confidentiality and may not sell or reuse your data.

12. Affiliate Marketing and Tracking
We partner with affiliate networks (CardRatings/QuinStreet, MoneyLion, Finmkt, NAC, CreditLand, IPRoyal, Oxylabs, LeadBuilt.com). When you click an affiliate link, cookies or click IDs may store metadata for commission tracking. We do not receive your lender application details. You can manage these settings in our Cookie Preferences banner or by enabling Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser.

Partner relationships, commission payments, and confidentiality obligations are further governed by the Arai Capital Solutions LLC Partner Terms of Service, which operate in conjunction with this Privacy Policy. Both agreements are interpreted under the laws of the State of Virginia.
